The class action claims that the air purifier’s make the air worse for people by reducing some volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and allegedly increasing the concentration of other VOCs, Consumers allege that the company makes false, deceptive, and misleading statements that were “mere puffery” about the needlepoint bi-polar ionization technology used in its devices.
