Ticketmaster, LLC may be reselling the same tickets for more money. Consumers allege that Ticketmaster allows resellers to use “doubledip bots” to automatically purchase large numbers of tickets, thereby increasing the likelihood that an event will be “sold out.” Ticketmaster then allegedly collects multiple commissions on those same tickets when they are resold on Ticketmaster and secondary sites at higher prices.
