Mila F. Bartos has been with Finkelstein Thompson since January 1995. Ms. Bartos practices in the fields of both mutli- state consumer fraud class actions and antitrust litigation. She has litigated a variety of class action cases on behalf of plaintiffs nationwide, including adulterated products, data breaches, and deceptive advertising and unfair trade practices.
She is a 1990 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she received a joint Bachelor of Art degree in English and Communications. Ms. Bartos then attended the American University Washington College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 1993. At American University, Ms. Bartos was a co – founder of the American University Journal of Gender and Law and was a member of the Editorial Board. Ms. Bartos also participated in the clinical program at Washington College of Law.
Mila F. Bartos is a member of both the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars. Ms. Bartos practices in the Washington, D.C. office.
