We are investigating allegations that A&W, Breyers, Dove, and Dannon may be deceiving consumers by claiming their products contain vanilla. Vanilla is a popular flavoring derived from the vanilla beans of a vanilla plant. However, consumers allege that manufacturers are using vanillin made from tree bark and other non-vanilla ingredients to simulate vanilla, essentially deceiving customers of actual ingredients.
