Several automakers, including Honda and Toyota, make vehicles with large panoramic sunroofs that extend from the front of the vehicle to the rear passenger seats. Smaller sunroofs are made from tempered glass, a strong glass that is also used on rear and side windows. However, tempered glass is not ideal for larger panoramic sunroofs because it does not curve to accommodate the roof’s size and shape. The weaker glass that is used to create seamless, large panoramic sunroofs are prone to shatter.
Toyota and Honda make several vehicles that are equipped with panoramic sunroofs, including but not limited to:
– Honda Accord
– Honda Civic
– Honda CR-V
– Honda Pilot
– Toyota Camry
– Toyota Highlander
– Toyota Venza
