We are investigating allegations that US Bank violates the contractual agreement related to consumers balance inquires and overdraft charges. US Bank account holders allege that the financial institution has a routine practice of assessing two out-of-network ATM fees on out-of-network ATM withdrawals preceded by a balance inquiry. Account holders also allege that US Bank charges an overdraft fee on transactions that did not actually overdraw the account.
