Samsung, Hynix, and Micron Accused of Conspiring To Keep Computer Memory Prices High

We are investigating claims that Samsung, Hynix, and Micron conspired to raise prices for DRAM chips.

A class action lawsuit has been filed alleging that Samsung, Micron and Hynix conspired to artificially limit the supply of DRAM chips in an effort to keep prices high.  DRAM chips are used in smartphones and in computers.   Thus, if these allegations are true, smartphones and computers containing DRAM chips may have cost too much.

Samsung sells products containing DRAM through its website at samsung.com, and Micron sells DRAM through its website crucial.com.  If you purchased DRAM, or a device containing DRAM, from samsung.com or crucial.com, or otherwise paid for a computer or smartphone containing DRAM memory, please contact Finkelstein Thompson LLP. You can reach us at contact@finkelsteinthompson.com or call us toll-free at 1-844-280-5009.
