Investigation of Allegations that Certain Fast Food Restaurants Engage in No-Poaching Practices

Fast Food restaurants may have entered a no poaching agreement, preventing employees to be hired by another franchise. 

We are investigating allegations that certain fast food restaurants prevent their employees from switching to other franchised restaurants of the same fast food brand, preventing wage competition. If you have worked for any of the below listed fast food restaurants, you may have been damaged by a no-poach agreement.
