A class action has been filed on behalf of direct purcasers of Isocyanates. The complaint alleges a long-standing conspiracy among BASF, Bayer, DowDuPont, and others to fix the price of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (“MDI”) and toluene diisocyanate (“TDI”), collectively referred to as “Isocyanates.” The alleged price-fixing conspiracy began as early as 2015, continuing until February 2018, and included limiting supply through planned manufacturing plant shutdowns.

- packaging
- bedding
- truck bed lining
- textiles
- fibers
