Trander Joe’s may be falsely marketing and advertising their “Trader Joe’s Ts and Js Sour Gummies.”
A class action complaint has been filed against T.A.C.T, the parent company of Trader Joe’s, alleging that the grocery supplier falsely markets and sells its house brand Trader Joe’s Ts and Js Sour Gummies. The product packaging implies that the gummies contain only natural ingredients yet, consumers allege that the candy contains some artificial ingredients, including dl-malic acid.
