Mercedes – Benz Allegedly Sold Vehicles with Faulty Radiators

Claims have been made against Mercedes-Benz for potentially selling vehicles with faulty radiators that break down, damage transmissions and put drivers at risk.

A proposed class action lawsuit in Massachusetts claims that Mercedes-Benz sold vehicles with faulty radiators that break down, damage transmissions and put drivers at risk. In 2005, the company allegedly issued a secret technical service bulletin instructing its authorized dealers to “implement cheaper, albeit temporary, fixes.” Mercedes has not recalled the vehicles or offered free repairs. Vehicle owners must pay thousands to repair their vehicles and fix damage to transmission. =
