Whole Foods Data Breach May Have Put Your Personal Information At Risk

Whole Foods table – service restaurants and taprooms payment system was hacked. The information may include personal , private information such a name, address, and credit card information. 

Whole Foods, one of the most popular grocery chains, which was recently acquired by Amazon, announced on September 28, 2017, that its in-store table-service restaurants and taprooms payment system was hacked. The information exposed in the data breach may include names, credit card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes. According to the company, people who only shopped for groceries should not be affected. The company also stated that no Amazon.com purchases would be affected in the security breach.
