A complaint has been filled in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of the plaintiffs alleging that GM was fully aware of certain vehicles containing defective air conditioning systems, yet did not communicate this to its consumers. The defect is said to cause the air conditioning system to fail prematurely and damage component parts. The effected vehicles include the 2015 Cadillac Escalade; 2014-2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500; 2015 Chevrolet Suburban; 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe; 2014-2015 GMC Sierra 1500; and 2015 GMC Yukon.
